Millennial Roots was founded in November 2017 with a simple belief:
Work should not be a source of unhappiness. As a matter of fact, work should enrich lives, not drain them.
Our founder was used to being the go-to person for friends, family & people seeking guidance on how to navigate workplace challenges. Recognizing that these struggles were not just personal but systemic, he created Millennial Roots to work directly with organizations.
The goal was clear, to address workplace problems at their root, reduce spread of dissatisfaction & help build cultures where people thrive, grow & contribute their best. Since then, Millennial Roots has been dedicated to strengthening organizations and unlocking people's potential through practical, human-centered solutions.

Essa is an experienced consultant, trainer & coach specialized in supporting companies within the area of people (HR), organizations (OD) & Leadership. Over the span of his years of work, he consistently chosen career paths that align with his life purpose rather than immediate gain - a philosophy that led to remarkable milestones.
Essa holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from DePaul University, an insightful experience that further reaffirmed his commitment to his purpose. He believes that work is one of the most powerful spaces to shape human lives – where purpose, identity, growth, relationships & legacy converge. He sees his role not just as a consultant or a trainer, but as someone contributing to meaningful change in how people experience their lives through work.
